What is saved

When local saving is enabled, tool drafts, results, reading items and shortlists are stored in this browser profile. Contact and email forms do not save submissions or consent preferences. Previously saved contact drafts and email previews can still be managed on the Saved page. There is no application backend or email service. An event log contains action names and times only; no tool answers, documents or email addresses are included in those events.

Control and deletion

Use the Saved page to export or delete local records. Set a local expiry of 1, 7 or 30 days. Expiry is enforced on the next read. Uncheck local saving for a new result to keep it in the current tab only. Deletion here cannot remove downloaded files or copies you send yourself.

Storage boundaries

Browser storage is not secure document storage or encrypted infrastructure. Do not enter credentials, patient or customer records, live incident logs or detailed network diagrams. Use redacted excerpts and role names. Files downloaded to your device are under your control.

External navigation and hosting

Source links open external websites with their own privacy practices. The host may process ordinary requests to serve this site. This site includes no analytics tracking scripts or advertising cookies. It caches the app shell and public assets to support offline use.

Contact and email forms

The contact form does not transmit or save your message. Email previews are files you can download and review yourself; they are not sent and do not subscribe you to a mailing list. Form values remain in the open page until you change them or leave. If you choose to send a downloaded file using another service, that service handles the transmission under its own privacy terms.
