The $32 billion figure in Google's March 2025 announcement was the announced agreement value, subject to adjustments. It should not be substituted for the later $29.5 billion accounting disclosure without explaining the difference. Likewise, Dragos's stated valuation is not the disclosed cash paid for the majority stake.
No exact day of the NetSPI/Synack October close is asserted because the reviewed FAQ supplied the month, not a precise closing day. The transaction was described as closed when the page was checked at the cutoff.
