Review what changed in coverage, which data sources failed, which investigations required internal help, what remediation remains and whether reporting enabled a decision. Ask about work that was delayed by missing authorization or local knowledge.

Keep a short action log with issue, evidence, owner, due date and closure test. Escalate repeated gaps rather than allowing them to recur in an unchanged dashboard. Revisit scope after acquisitions, major cloud changes or shifts in critical business processes.

For recovery, ask the business owner what functionality was actually restored and which dependencies were required. A vendor platform such as Rubrik may support the work; the buyer's exercise is what establishes the result in the buyer's environment.
