How should we use the result?

Create a short action table: question number, evidence gap, owner, due date and closure test. Choose the actions needed for the next buying decision, not an arbitrary ambition to reach 36 immediately.

For example, an answer of B on question 8 says only that backup reports exist without demonstrated application recovery. It does not quantify the chance of data loss. A suitable action is a safe restore exercise with the application owner, followed by a revised evidence-based answer.

Repeat after the major gaps are addressed and again when the environment or service scope changes. Keep previous answers so improvements reflect evidence rather than optimism. Do not send detailed system information through a public quiz form; this document provides no live submission endpoint.
